Harriet graduated from London's Central School of Speech and Drama with an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice, specialising in Puppetry, in September 2010 and shared puppetry with children and adults until January 2016 when she went to India for 6 months to study yoga, Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hr Yoga Alliance. In September 2016 she trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with Ananta Girard. In September 2016, she began to combine yoga and puppetry and has been delivering Peaceful Puppet Yoga to children ever since.

Harriet has over 12 years experience supporting children (including those with severe learning difficulties, both physical and mental) as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor and Workshop Facilitator. From September 2010 to December 2013 she had the full time position of Head of The Pupil Development Centre at St Mary Magdalene Primary School Peckham London, helping children with social and emotional skills, usually using puppets. In January 2014 she went to South America and Indonesia to continue to share puppetry in various schools and community centers there. In 2015 she returned to London to deliver puppetry projects for adults at The Single Homeless Project, London.
In London she was as a freelance Yoga Instructor and Massage therapist for companies including We Train Fitness, 12 Rounds Boxing Gym, Five Star Health and Fitness and Fiona's Yoga Centre as well as private clients. In January 2017 she continued to share yoga and massage in Morocco, working for companies including Surf Maroc, Surf Berbere, Zen Surf and Olo Surf. In July 2017 she returned to London to complete her Level 5 Diploma in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
In September 2017 she arrived on Ibiza, which remains her base. Here she was employed for 3 years by The Balearic Government as a Language Assistant, helping children with English in local primary schools. She also works with various retreats and private clients delivering Yoga, Massage and Yoga Puppets as desired.
In February 2019 she trained in Kids Yoga with Cosmic Kids. In May 2021 she completed her training in Quiro Masaje, in October 2021 she trained in Thai Massage, and in October 2022 she trained in Madero Terapia (Wood Therapy), and Japanese Face Lifting Massage, all certified by Namaste Massage School, Ibiza. In December 2022 she went to Thailand to train in Thai Stretch Massage, Thai Therapy Massage, Thai Stretch Table Massage, Thai Pregnancy Massage and Chi Nei Tsang (Thai Abdominal Massage) all certified by the Ong School, Chiang Mai, Thailand. In February 2023 she completed her training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage for Pregnancy and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage for Neuropathic back pain certified by Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, UK. In November 2023 she trained in techniques for Craneo Sacral Massage with Namaste Massage School, Ibiza. In 2024, she began to explore Wu Thai Osteo dance with Nathalie Varlet. And recently, in June 2025, she trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Rebekah D'angora. Since 2018 she regularly practices Primal Moves and has completed 3 teacher trainings with Primal Moves Ibiza.
